About International Players Tour (IPT)
International Players Tour, operated by prior management of Champions Golf Tour (CGT), was launched in January 2008. The Champions Golf Tour was founded by Ron Beaman in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area in April 2002. Ron developed a model that provides avid recreational golfers a chance to play in an environment similar to major tour events – “inside the ropes” for significant prize money – utilizing a proprietary handicap system. Significant and sustained growth has occurred in player participation, number of events, and prize money. With over 1000 players in their system, IPT management conducted over 150 events in 2007 within twelve metropolitan areas, and the payouts exceeded $500,000. In 2008, IPT will conduct 200+ events in up to fifteen different metro areas, culminating in the Tour Championship at the Horseshoe Bay Resort in Marble Falls, Texas, with the winner taking home $20,000!

“The Model that Works” is now being adopted successfully in multiple cities, with projected expansion into 5-10 new markets each year – including international locations - through a unique licensing rights program.

An IPT District Director can earn significant part-time or full-time income with the International Players Tour. The IPT will be expanding into 82 metro markets in the USA and additional markets internationally over the next five years. Through a unique licensing program, golf enthusiasts with an interest in running a part time/full time golf business can share in this explosive growth. For a very reasonable investment, a DD can get a full return on their investment after running 8-10 events with forty players.

Successful District Directors in the IPT system demonstrate the following attributes:
• Passionate golfer
• Visionary with business background in management and/or sales and marketing
• Strong communication skills
• Team Player and Self Starter
• Connected or can connect to local golfing community, courses, media, etc.
• Prepared to make a financial investment in a growth business
• Comfortable with internet and reasonable skills with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

After completing training by the IPT Corporate team, District Directors are responsible for conducting tournaments within a specific IPT geographical area. They market IPT memberships and sponsorships in their geography, coordinate with the corporate staff and host facility prior to each tournament, set-up events, register players and supervise tournament events. They work with the corporate staff after the tournament has concluded to reconcile all financial records and publish final tournament results.
